About Us

The Amigo and Friends Association has been in existence for some 20 years and was originally formed by Mike Hennessey , sadly no longer with us, to bring together owners of FIAT 900 based camper conversions, to keep these vehicles alive and to give

technical help and spares assistance.

IN JUNE 2010 the club changed its name and objectives. We encompass any camping unit and to encourage families to join our club of friendly members.

 

We regularly meet through-out the year at low cost non commercial sites.

We prefer the traditional approach to camping.

We make our own entertainment at sites we go to.

We have no massive rule book nor an extensive list of committee members.

We do believe that the camping code is the only rules we must follow.

But only if you like wild rabbits, there are hundreds of them (they do like carrots though)
